Reiki Level One

In this experiential class, you will:

• Learn the history of Reiki, principles and how it works.

• Receive the Level One Usui attunements that will begin a 21-day purification process and accelerated growth, which will enable you to be able to channel reiki energy through your hands.

• Be able to easily access Reiki healing energy and learn how to do a self-treatment, and treatments on others.

• Receive a manual that includes Reiki prayers, a position guide for self-treatments and treatments for others.

• Learn the basics of your subtle body — your energetic anatomy

• Practice giving and receiving Reiki with participants in group sessions

You will also learn Japanese techniques.

Three Pillars of Reiki:

• Pillar One: Gassho, Two hands coming together. Clears the mind and opens the heart.

• Pillar Two: Reiji-ho, Indication of the spirit. Be intuitively guided.

• Pillar Three: Chiryo, Treament. Trust your inner guidance.

Boyosen Scanning: How to detect blocks in the energy field.

Kenyoku: Dry bathing to clear your energy field before or after sessions.
